This book introduces the web-based diagnostic tool IMPRESS, which provides employees, managers and HR professionals with information about potential stress factors. C.-Andreas Dalluege is Founder and Managing Partner of IBK-Group, Wiesbaden (Germany), Chairman European Business Excellence Network e.V., Certified Advisor, Trainer and Award Assessor for EFQM, Operating Partner of ILEP.

Hans-Werner Franz is a senior researcher and consultant for quality organizations and social innovation at the Social Research Centre, Central Scientific Institute of Technische Universität Dortmund (Germany). He is permanent supervisor at the European School of Social Innovation - ESSI (Austria)
