This certification exam verifies that the candidate has the knowledge required in the area of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Essentials
This certificate builds on basic consultant skills and experience that is then refined by practical experience during several projects.
Candidates must also demonstrate understanding of how to use Security (Profiles/Jobs/ Duties/Privileges), People Management (Person Model/Workforce deployment), Profile Management (Profile Types/Workforce Profiles/Custom Content), Worforce Structures (Orgs/Divisions/ Action types/Foundation tables).
The exam is Computer based and you have 90 minutes to answer 65 Questions.
