On Angel's Wings by Heather Adams post-authoricon Written by Sammy Coville Life is hard for young Angela in the 1700's. She's a mermaid, a biblical women and an angel . . . or at least those are the nicknames her many admirers have given her. Angela, who has run from her fears, is now struggling with what others would call a perfect life. Her looming wedding, her coming child and her lustful soon-to-be brother in law are only a few problems she faces. The worst is soon to come when her fiance is whisked away to war and she is left in the hands of the men who wish to abuse her. The only hope is America where she dreams of being reunited with Monroe, her prince. But are these childish dreams she's wasting her life on? Romance and adventure are brought to life through the eyes of a young woman and her family in this exciting novel by Heather Adams. My warning for possible readers: this is a more mature novel that does involve alot of romance so be cautious when purchasing for younger book worms. But it's still a wonderful adventure if you have the time to read this lengthy book. I want to give a big thumbs up to Ms. Adams for creating such a thrilling adventure. I was hooked and I admit I forgot everything else as I spent my days reading this wonderful tale. I would suggest it to anyone who's got a break because you'll spend a lot of time on this book. But it's worth it since this story teaches great life lessons as you uncover deep character secrets. Five hearts out of five for this amazing story
