Lukman Arif, was born in the village of Kalangkangan, District of Galang, Tolitoli District on June 26, 1969. He worked as an LL2 lecturer at Academic Wil. IX Department of Agrotechnology, Tolitoli Mujahidin College of Agricultural Sciences. completed a doctoral study of the 2017 fertility department in Agriculture at Tadulako University in Palu.
