Obstetric triage is a classification system used in obstetric emergencies to quickly assess the severity of a pregnant patient's condition and determine the priority of care. Its main objective is to identify life-threatening situations for the mother and/or fetus and to ensure timely intervention to minimize risks and complications.A quantitative, prospective, cross-sectional and descriptive study was carried out in the on-call service of a hospital in the city of San Luis, with a sample of 300 guardian surveys.
