The Master Thesis Numerical Analysis of Flow-Field-Flow Fractionation is a part of the Nanoparticles and Bioparticles Project NaBiPa developed by the Fachhochschule Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and is financially supported by Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst D.A.A.D. NaBiPa is a part of International Quality Network IQN, which is a collaboration of different universities and institutions from all around the world in order to study and investigate in miscellaneous topics related to Nano- and Bioparticles. One of the branches of NaBiPa project is dedicated to study and investigate the Field-Flow Fractionation (FFF) process. The aim of this Master Work is to add the diffusion driven transport to the channel, which has been studied before, with a new approach. The three new approaches that have been worked on are; Eulerian two phase instead of Euler-Lagrange model, Multi component mixing and Theoretical-analytical approach. The study is composed of four sections as a method of organizing; Theory, Mathematical Modeling, Computer Simulation and Case Studies.
