Jim Schnell, Ph.D. (Ohio University, 1982) has taught courses and published on social science topics for over 40 years. He is a Fulbright Scholar and held faculty appointments at The Ohio State University, University of Cincinnati, Miami University and Ohio University. Schnell retired from the U.S. Air Force at the rank of Colonel.
