The purpose of the website is to find, discover an unexpected child or children I didn't know of and still don't know of. Children born from those serendipitous meetings known as "ships passing in the night" or a one night casual sex encounter and for one of many possibilities we lost contact. For those of you that have been there, well you know the good, the bad and the ugly and for those that didn't, you may wish you did, but without the immaculate conception. Accepting the fact that I can't replace Joey, there is no reason why I can't experience the joy and rewards I felt as a parent with another child. My website, NoneThatIKnowOf.com asks mothers the question, if for some unknown reason after our serendipitous encounter a child was conceived and you were unable to locate me - or you chose not to, I am looking to be found and make things right. It's never too late to start a family or just me there for you and or the child. To make is easier to be found, recalled and recognized, NoneThatIKnowOf.com consists of photos of myself through the years along with information including details of my life. I am also reaching out to adopted children searching for their natural parents, telling them, "If you look like Joey or me, you may be my child." In the past I offered other men the same capability, however they don't seem to share my enthusiasm. After months of waiting, I received seven responses that offered hope, heartbreak and tears of joy. This is the story of those seven encounters; a child acknowledged, yet maybe lost to adoption; a mother informs me that I have a daughter, although shields the truth to avoid a scandal; and another woman uses blackmail to divulge my child's and grandchild's identity. But it is the seventh response, a strange letter from Europe, which may not only provide him with a daughter, but a chance at a new life and a complete family and the words, "Happy Father's Day."
