Joy Ngozi Ezeilo, is a Law Professor, the Emeritus Dean of Law, University of Nigeria and the former United Nations Special Rapporteur on trafficking in persons, especially women and children. She founded WACOL and Tamar SARC.

He is Associate Professor with the Department of Christian Religious Studies, Redeemer's University, Osun state, and Provost, Redeemed Christian Bible College, Nigeria. He is the Editor-in-Chief, Spectrum: Journal of Contemporary Christianity, and the initiator of the International Conference on African Pentecostalism (ICAP).
Benson Ohihon Igboin, Ph.D. is a professor of Philosophy of Religion, Adekunle Ajasin University, Nigeria. He is also Academic Associate of the Research Institute of Theology and Religion, University of South Africa. He is the editor of Corruption: A New Thinking in the Reverse Order and the co-editor of: The Changing Faces of African Pentecostalism; African Pentecostalism: Probity and Accountability; Nigerian Pentecostalism, Alternative State and the Question of Accountability.
