Jacob A. Wagner is an Associate Professor of Urban Planning and Design at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He is the author of several articles and book chapters related to planning theory, urbanism and the politics of urban design. Michael Frisch is an Associate Professor of Urban Planning and Design at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He studies urban redevelopment, environmental planning and the impact of urban planning on lesbian and gay communities.
