Dr. Xiao Lin now is the General Director of the Development Research Center of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, a decision-making research institution led by Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. Dr. Xiao has undertaken over a hundred national-level and municipal-level important tasks for decision-making and consultation, many of which have won awards like Shanghai Municipal Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement and the Top Prize for Research Achievements awarded by the National Development and Reform Commission.
