The progress of a library depends on the configuration of its user. The information resources of the library, whether it is a print or a collection of non-print libraries, provide a place for deep research. Due to the explosion of information, a large amount of information is generated in the library. Information centers are where information is preserved, processed, and broadcasted. Information sought by the user is transmitted to the user in many forms or formats by the library. The library and information center are the heart of any educational institution by which the user of that institution provides the necessary material for teaching and learning.
