Yu. I. Aristov is a professor at the Boreskov Institute of Catalysis, Russia. He earned his MSc in chemical physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and his PhD and DSc in chemistry from the Boreskov Institute of Catalysis. He has published 2 books and more than 230 papers in refereed journals, has addressed 250 communications at scientific meetings, and holds 28 patents in his name. His fields of specialization are physical chemistry, chemical kinetics, catalysis, and chemical engineering. His current research focuses on adsorption for energy conversion and novel composite sorbents for multiple applications.
