The validity of our method has been demonstrated. Routine use was successfully tested on 16 pediatric preparations of cellcept®. In the physico-chemical compatibility study, omeprazole and methylprednisolone showed a color change with the appearance of a precipitate. Other drug mixtures showed a significant change in pH, with no apparent visual disturbance. Discussion: This study contributes to the safety of the cellcept® circuit in our center, but has certain limitations. Other tests could be carried out to reinforce our results, namely turbidimetry and the development of a separating dosing method. This study can be considered for other drugs, while improving it with the proposed complementary tests, in order to try to secure their circuits.
