If you have your ducks in a row about religion, God and a positive feeling of your spiritual well being, then good for you. However if you have no idea of why all these preposterously negative things are happening to you and have been happening to you over the years....if you have been beaten down to the point you have nothing left to believe in...and nothing to lose...this book might help you at least understand why God lets these things happen to you. It is not the end all and be all for everyone. But for those of us who are still struggling to figure out WHY, this might help.
