Johnson, LisaLisa Johnson, born in 1988, is an associated postdoc researcher at the Institute of Ethnology at the University of Trier and a lecturer for Cultural Studies at Saarland University. She completed her doctorate in the field of cultural anthropology in 2020 as a member of the DFG-funded International Research Training Group Diversity: Mediating Difference in Transcultural Spaces at Trier University. Her main research areas focus on mobility, migration and return migration as well as transculturality, music and sound, in Jamaica and North America.
