Karel Nováček is Associate Professor of Medieval Archaeology at the Palacký University at Olomouc.

Miroslav Melčák is a research fellow at the Oriental Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague.

Ondřej Beránek is Director of the Oriental Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences. 

Lenka Starková is Assistant Professor of Landscape Archaeology at the University of West Bohemia Pilsen.
