This book is written especially for those students who have finished Reading Logically, Level Two, New Adventures. However, it can be used as a reader and activity book for other early readers, also. There is a lot of good review of the concepts that were covered in Reading Logically, Level Two. This is accomplished mainly through stories and poems, and there are a few crossword puzzles and several other activities to enjoy. Several stories also have questions, for those who are interested in reading comprehension. The answers are upside-down, and follow the questions. Simple illustrations add interest. The student should be able to enjoy most of this book by himself, or herself. However, there are some clues, or parts of clues, to the crossword puzzles that will probably need to be read to the student. The parent, or teacher, is encouraged to be an active part of the child's learning process. You'll notice a lot of words in a box at the top of the page. These are more difficult words, but the student has been exposed to almost every word in the first two levels of Reading Logically. Occasionally, a new word is introduced because it is necessary for the story. Explanations for the teacher to read to the student are also at the top of the page. The student can enjoy this book at his, or her, own pace. It is not necessary to finish a story, or a crossword puzzle, in one sitting. Just sit back and enjoy
