The author was born in 1973 in Kenya and holds a PhD in molecular medicine obtained from Jomo Kenyatta university of Agriculture and Technology in 2011. He currently teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students in the same university. He is also engaged in a number of research activities and has several publications in peer reviewed journals.
