The author emphasizes on the fundamental importance of a continued philosophical reflection on technology, with a call to rethink our regard to it, while offering a theoretical framework of understanding modern technology, adhering to a call to a technological phenomenology. Dr. Anthony Ichuloi Oure was born in 1968, Busia County (Kenya). He has two bachelor degrees: One in Philosophy and the other in Theology. He has a masters degree in Philosophy and a Licentiate in Theology. He obtained his PhD degree at Saint Augustine College of South Africa (South Africa).
