Dr Neil Strachan is a Senior Research Fellow in the environment, politics and development (EPD) research group at Kings College, London. Dr Tim Foxon is a Research Councils UK Academic Fellow at the University of Leeds Sustainability Research Institute. Dr Junichi Fujino is a senior researcher in the Climate Policy Assessment Section, Centre for Global Environmental Research (CGER) at the National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES), Japan.
