Direct observation using recording instruments has given scientists a great deal of information about the bodily events in emotion. Psycophysiologist who study such events are able to measure the heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate and depth and many other bodily conditions in emotion. To identify emotions in human behavior from recording of speech samples at various instance of time. Internalizing disorder is said to be depression, and experience loss of interest in activities including social activities, work and life. Sound is an effective parameter for expression and identification of emotions. There is every possibility of manipulation of voice intentionally by an individual. But in case of spontaneous situation, the probability of manipulation is quite less.
