This dissertation will explore the possibilities of connecting Article 39 of the United Nations Convention on the Right of the Child (CRC) to the work of organizations charged with Integration and Rehabilitation of children in conflict and post-conflict zones. The objective and purpose of this work is to create a Minimum Rehabilitation Standard which aimed to harmonize the organizations' e.g. United Nations and state agencies' regulations in the field of reintegration and rehabilitation of children and youth affected by war.
