Pessa, Dr. Joseph C.Dr. Joseph Pessa is the founder of Flaming Arrows Ministries (Tz). He served as an Ordained Deacon at Living Water-Makuti Kawe before relocating to Mikocheni 'B' Assemblies of God & Christ Mandate & Power Ministries Int'l. He lives in Dar es Salaam where he works as a lecturer. He has a great passion for glorifying God through writing & publishing.
