Synopsis
Prologue Global elitist Winthrop Shaw is determined to accelerate the New World Order's planned timeline to inoculate all the citizens of the planet. He calls for a meeting with the highest ranking members of the global elite. There he demonstrates the capability of the new improved microchip by using his trusted assistant Nelson Thurn as a guinea pig. The annual Global Union Assembly holds a surprise for its assembled members.
