Konstadinos G. Goulias is a professor of transportation at the Geography Department and director of the GeoTrans Laboratory at the University of California, Santa Barbara, United States. He is also co-editor-in-chief of Transportation Letters, and vice-chair/chair elect of the International Association for Travel Behavior Research. He is editor of Transportation Systems Planning: Methods and Applications and the author or co-author of more than 300 papers and reports in travel behavior dynamics, geographic information science, and microsimulation. Adam W. Davis is a postdoctoral researcher in the Institute of Transportation Studies at the University of California, Davis, United States. He holds a PhD and MA from the Department of Geography at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a BA in geography from the University of California, Berkeley. His research is on travel behavior, spatial computational methods, spatial perception, and network-based analysis. He also worked as a research geographer with USGS and as an environmental analyst. Adam has authored and co-authored more than 25 research papers and reports to sponsors.
