Between creativity and conformity, individuals and organizations generally prefer to reproduce what is familiar to them, what has already proven effective, and what does not require them to change their patterns of behavior. What's more, economic pressure leads organizations into a paradox: while they should be increasing the variety of their responses and actions, they focus even more on their usual, routine actions and act as if they were in stable, linear environments. The purpose of this research is to identify a management style that enables organizations to develop creativity. More specifically, we will seek to answer the following questions: How can we recognize a creative idea within organizations? How do creative processes unfold within organizations? How can organizations manage without inhibiting creativity?
