Dr. Fan is an Assistant Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University where he specializes in sustainable operations management and global supply chains. He's a respected researcher whose work has appeared in top-tier academic journals like Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, and Decision Sciences.

 

Apart from contributing to these journals, Dr. Fan also helps shape them as an Associate Editor of Journal of Operations Management and as an Editorial board member of Decision Sciences. His research excellence hasn't gone unnoticed either. He's picked up a number of awards including the IACMR 2017 Presidential Award of Responsible Research, 2020 Jack Meredith Best Paper Award, 2022 Honorable Mention of Reviewer Service, and 2023 Best Reviewer Award of Journal of Operations Management.
