Former Head of «Training and Development Human Resources» within the Human Resources Division of a leading car manufacturer. Visiting professor at the universities of Klagenfurt, Innsbruck, Graz, Zürich and Murmansk (Russia). Professor and Director of the Center for Human Resource Management at the University of Koblenz-Landau.
