Mauricio Morales is Professor of Political Science at Universidad Diego Portales, Chile, and Associate Researcher at the Centre for Social Conflict and Cohesion Studies (COES). 

 

Claudio Fuentes is Professor of Political Science at Universidad Diego Portales, Chile, and Associate Researcher at the Intercultural Center for Intercultural and Indigenous Studies (CIIR).
