Bachelor in Business Administration, Master in Production Engineering and PhD in Knowledge Engineering and Management. He is currently a professor at the Department of Knowledge Engineering of the Federal University of Santa Catarina. He also works in the Graduate Program in Engineering and Knowledge Management.
