Here is the command the Lord, your God, commanded you. And this is God's personal command to you and the rest of humanity. Do what the Lord says and receive the blessings of the Lord: "Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. 8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:7-9) This Lifebook is a collection of our Lifecards to help you remember who you are in Christ, so that you can hold on firmly to your faith, and banish any hesitations in your obedience of God. If you do not already believe in Jesus Christ, the Lifebook will help you understand why you need to do so today, and bring yourself back to God's endless love and His boundless mercy. The Bible declared that in Jesus Christ, all human beings live and move and have their being (Acts 17:28). There is absolutely no exception to this ultra-scientific postulation. Human science is yet to catch up to this truth; if ever. Jesus Christ is the life in each and every human being on the earth. See the following passage from the Bible: "Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given" (John 1:16). In translation: "Out of Christ's fullness, we have all received life in place of life already given." Abundant life comes from the fullness of Jesus Christ. And the fullness of Christ comes to anyone who submits fully to the commands of Jesus Christ. The life each human person receives at conception is a deposit for the full life that comes later in a person's life through faith in Jesus Christ. When we believe the word of God and place our lives in God's hand, we receive life more abundantly from Christ. All mankind and all things were created in Christ, for Christ and through Christ-"the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father." And Jesus Christ is the tie that binds all of God's creation together; and the reconciliation between God and all mankind (John 1:1-18) & (Colossians 1:15-20). Having the Lifebook in your possession allows you to frequently meditate on the specific promises and assurances of God, which you personalize by simply believing. Personalizing God's promises helps you remain confident in the things you are hoping for. Faith is not hope. Faith is having confidence in your hope. In other words, your faith strengthens your hope. It is the strength of your hope that moves God; and not simply your hope that moves God. Everyone hopes for something, but only those who place their trust in God have confidence in the things they hope for. God does not make any promises He does not intend to keep. But you must place your trust in God and be confident that God will fulfill to you all He had promised. And He will. The Bible commands you to have confidence in all of the things you are expecting from God so that those things will be done for you. That is what faith is all about (James 1:1-27). Faith is having confidence in the things you hope for (Hebrews 11:1). And when you are confident, God responds to you, assuring you that more will be done for you, if you continue to remain confident in Him (Hebrews 11:1). Therefore, do not just hope. Hope confidently Your life seriously depends on the confidence you place on the things you hope for from God. Our lifecard collections are designed to help strengthen your confidence in your hopes, so that God will fulfill them for you. Faith is not having confidence in something that has been scientifically proven. Anything that has been scientifically proven is simply a fact. Faith is not necessary to believe a scientific
