This book introduces into the problems of Legal Linguistics. It starts with the most fundamental legal-linguistic question, i.e. how law is created and applied with linguistic means. O autorze

The Author: Marcus Galdia has been Adjunct Professor of Law at the International University of Monaco since 2005. His teaching activities comprise public and private international law. The author's research interests cover also issues of legal theory, especially those connected to language use, like legal lexicology and legal translation studies as well as the linguistic legislation.
