Omri Nir is a leading scholar of Lebanese history and politics and is a lecturer at the Departments of Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel-Aviv University, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and Achva College, Israel.
