Cette version laisse de cote beaucoup de l'information ajoutee par Dumas - de l'information interessante historiquement et culturellement, mais qui ne sert pas a avancer l'intrigue de l'histoire. Ce livre peut s'utiliser en deuxieme ou troisieme annee de francais au high school ou au niveau intermediaire a l'universite. C'est un excellent moyen d'agrandir le vocabulaire en lisant des histoires qui piquent l'interet et la curiosite du lecteur.
