Howard Bennett (Hind Professor of Commercial Law at University of Nottingham) teaches on law of contract, principles of commercial law, law of marine insurance, maritime law, law of international trade finance, law of international carriage of goods by sea and his research interests are international trade and shipping law (particular marine insurance law), insurance and reinsurance law, general, contract law and secured transactions law.
