The Author was born in 1983 in Tigray, Ethiopia. He has studied his BSc and MSc degrees in Mekelle University. Following is BSc graduation in 2005; he has worked as Environmentalist, NRM Coordinator and Food for Work Coordinator for 6 years. Starting from March, 2012 he is working as Capacity Building in Safety Net Support Facility Project, CIDA.
