Labour market conditions fluctuate continuously, this is why markets are regulated and organized by the government. There are not only markets that have changed but also the way we deem individuals or discuss the labour market.

Romina Radonshiqi, PhD, born in Durrës, Albania on 11.04.1987. Doctor of Science in Economy, Master of Science in Financial Administration, Bachelor in Administrative Science. She worked as Project Manager and Financier and now is the lecturer in University. Romina is the author of many scientific articles and author of three books.
