This book summarizes written and published works for a period of nearly four years. The works address issues directly related to the construction of Kosovo's statehood. In the first issue of International Humanitarian Law: NATO Intervention in Kosovo, NATO 's humanitarian intervention in Kosovo and its contribution to the prevention of genocide against the innocent Albanian population are addressed. The second paper, EU Impact on Promoting Democracy in Western Balkan Countries and the Process of Normalizing Relations between Serbia and Kosovo, emphasizes the EU's role in promoting democracy in the Western Balkans and Kosovo in particular. Recent Two Political Constellation and Decision-Making Papers: Case Study: Two Leaders in the Negotiation Process for the Normalization of Relations between Serbia and Kosovo: Constraints and Obstacles Address the Issue of Normalization Talks of the relationship between these two states and the role of the two state leaders in this process. Although the works are separate and include more or less different treatments, they form an organic bond and can be considered as a unique work.
