Cancer is one of the leading causes of mortality among adults all over the world. Breast cancer (BC) is the most frequent cancer among women, affecting women each year, and causes the greatest number of cancer-related deaths among women. Breast Cancer early detection is very important to detect cancer at an early stage to prevent morbidity and mortality. Female nurses play a vital role in increasing women's awareness of early detection and providing adequate information about breast cancer. This study aimed to assess the knowledge and practices regarding breast cancer early detection among female nurses at governmental primary health clinics in the Gaza Strip. A descriptive, cross-sectional study design was utilized. A Census sample was applied; including all Female nurses who were employees and currently working at governmental PHCCs, the nurses retain a good knowledge and practices of breast cancer early detection. Previous education sessions affect the knowledge about breast cancer early detection methods positively. The study recommended that there is a need to provide protocols and give many courses in their work about breast cancer early detection in these clinics
