Managing and standardizing the environmental unit for human connection and loyalty is necessary for knowledge-sharing practice. Thus, this book surveyed three factors that influence library staff knowledge-sharing practice. It examined the level of knowledge-sharing practice among library staff, focusing on five academic libraries in Malaysia. The book analyzed and reviewed activities of information exchange as stable measures, including the monitoring of individuals to react in a certain way of thought and thinking that calls for awareness and consideration. This book is built on eight theories to restrict the evaluation of information exchange and the interaction between independent and dependent variables. The nature of knowledge and knowledge-sharing, including tacit and explicit knowledge, was discussed. It also discussed the strategies and challenges of knowledge sharing. It examined how knowledge is being captured, stored, and shared. The research gap and literature review of the variables chosen show that knowledge-sharing is a concept that still needs to be explored, especially in academic libraries. The main contribution of this study is how respondents share knowledge.
