I present my Magnum Opus. It contains a significant body of evidence on contemporary Pauline thought in debate in Europe and USA, which subscribes to a denial of the doctrine of justification by faith as established by Historical Christianity. It debates the doctrine from the Pauline and Reformed perspective, in contrast to the New Perspective in Paul and Douglas Campbell s thought, Professor at Duke Divinity School, USA. Thus, it critiques the concept advocated by the NPP, i.e. the idea of two concerts, one for Israel and another for the Church, and defends the unity of the OT and NT Scriptures in a single body, which culminates with the Cross of Christ. Also debate the contemporary issue Faith of Christ/Faith in Christ (Gr. s s s ), used by Campbell to demolish the doctrine of justification by faith. Lastly, the author scrutinizes the doctrine itself, attesting that it is the crux of Pauline Theology and of the Reform; from justification by faith depends all relationship with Yahweh, it is the kernel of the Pauline Corpus, namely the Epistle to the Romans, which is dissected here. In short, it is not a verse-by-verse book, but a critical approach to Romans.
