So Johnny sets out to learn more about how to play the drum. He follows the band, when the circus comes to town. Soon after that he buys a book, then finds a drum teacher. The story is meant to share one young mans adventure of discovering the world of playing drums, with the hope of inspiring the reader to also want to learn how to play a musical instrument. The reader will already be aware that playing music is not as easy as it seems, and that it will take time to practice and study.
