This study aims to investigate the perception of job satisfaction among 10 employees at a private university in the city of Anápolis (GO), who were invited to respond to a questionnaire developed and validated by Frossard (2009) based on the Quality of Work Life (QWL) indicators proposed by Walton (1973), namely: working conditions, work organization, social integration, participation, health, compensation, communication, and organizational image. A descriptive and quantitative survey was conducted using non-probabilistic sampling. For data analysis, the information obtained was tabulated in Excel and then statistical analyses were performed. The results found in relation to the general comparison of the QWL assessment showed that most of the assessments were satisfactory and very satisfactory and that individuals with up to two and a half years of employment with the institution were more satisfied. In view of this, it is important that new studies be conducted to understand the variables that interfere with QWL and that ultimately resulted in these indices.
