He turns to people connected with the JTF's target of interest, suspected drug laundering ex-L.A. cop Carl Quincy "Q" Sanes. It's a very high-risk quid pro quo that seems destined to fail. Beguiling revelations, bizarre circumstances, and consequences with intriguing romantic twists make this a most intriguing read. About the Author: Norman E.
