The author had three main goals when writing this text, to write a text that students can easily comprehend, to make connections between what students are learning and how they may apply that knowledge and to give flexibility to instructors to tailor a course to the needs of their students. I am hopeful that this book fulfils all those mottos. My book is a sincere attempt for this endeavor; however positive suggestions are always welcome.

Dr. Mir Waseem Khaliq is a Lecturer Psychology at Government Degree College Autonomous Baramulla. He has over 12 years of experience in teaching and research fields. He started his journey as Academic resource person (B.Ed. faculty) in 2009 at Directorate of Distance Education, University of Kashmir.
