This book is intended to be a guide to quality intrathecal anesthesia or intrathecal approaches, however, none of the procedures should be carried out without appropriate instruction under the direction of an experienced veterinary surgeon or anesthetist. The format is designed to provide the reader with easy access to understanding of the intrathecal anesthesia which is a regional anesthesia. It is not intended that this book is taken as an absolute, but used as a guide for practical information in terms of intrathecal anesthesia or other applications.

Sadik YAYLA graduated from Veterinary Faculty of Kafkas University in 2003. Yayla received PhD degree in 2008 and degree Associate Professor in 2015.Engin KILIC graduated from Veterinary Faculty of Ataturk University in 1992. Kilic received PhD degree in 1998, degree Associate Professor in 2004 and degree Professor in 2010.
