Among the consular relations cases reported in Volume 118 are the International Court of Justice decisions on the request for provisional measures in the Case Concerning the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (Paraguay v. United States) in 1998, the LaGrand Case (Germany v. United States) in 1999, and the corresponding decisions of the United States Supreme Court.
