Neville L. M. D Cunha is a (UNDP) Assistant Professor of Political Science & International Relations at Aksum University, Ethiopia. He received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Bombay & HDP (Higher Education Diploma) from Aksum University facilitated by VSO (UK).
