Mehran Mehregany, PhD, is Director of Case School of Engineering—San Diego, part of Case Western Reserve University. He is also the Veale Professor of Wireless Health Innovation, and Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

The fifth chapter brings the concepts together to teach about launching an innovation project, particularly in the context of startups.
